Complaints received when filling out the form published on the website russhpala.com and complaints received to the e-mail address regarding compliance with the certification requirements are considered as follows:
- Notification of the applicant of receipt of the complaint within 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint;
- Review of the complaint and informing about the measures taken within 3 (three) months (if the complaint requires more time, the applicant and the certification body of the organization are notified of this;
- Taking action on complaints or deficiencies identified in processes that affect compliance with certification requirements;
